Boxes, tape, and that one drawer nobody wants to deal with. On closing day, I'll send you a link to set up your utilities all in one place.

Final walkthrough

We'll walk the home together for one last look to make sure everything is the way it should be.

Signing

You'll sign your final documents with escrow and a notary. Plan on about an hour and bring a photo ID.

Funding

Usually the day after signing, you'll send your remaining funds to escrow. They'll send you the instructions. If anything ever looks different or changes, call me before sending.

Recording

Once escrow receives your funds, they send everything to the county to record. As soon as escrow confirms it's recorded, the home is officially yours. I'll call you the moment it happens.

Key handoff

We'll set up a time to hand over your keys. My videographer will be right there with us to capture the whole moment and take tons of photos — you're going to want to remember this.
